Sharp Pencil was bourne out of a need to reinvent and inspired by always being pushed to get the best value out of the lowest cost, working with a sharp pencil.

I've worked inside a Through-the-Line agency, developed & managed budgets, negotiated with suppliers, produced campaigns, solved production disasters, delivered events, managed timelines and been the person everyone calls when something important needed to get done. Applying this experience to my own venture I became known as The Fixer.

That's where the title comes from. Not from a boardroom. Not from a marketing textbook. Not from a buzzword-filled strategy workshop. But from real experience. The kind that comes from being responsible for outcomes, not excuses.

Most businesses don't wake up needing an agency. They wake up needing a problem solved.
